The River Road gardens of Cathy Jackie and husband Tom Grondski are on the picturesque Mattapoisett River at the historic Old Stone Bridge. They began building their gardens on the 12 acre site 41 years ago. They have grown a large organic vegetable garden for all of these years which also includes several types of berries  and fruit trees. Cathy’s obsession with flowers has resulted in many perennial beds. Her goal has always been to have something in bloom from early spring to frost. For the last 30 or more years her focus has been on the collection of daylilies. Cathy is a daylily hybridizer and has created many original cultivars. The Farm will be open Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday during bloom season for the sale of daylilies. Or schedule an appointment for your convenience.
